Apples & Toast

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of wheat bread

  • 1 apple

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 2 tbsp granola (optional)


Directions


  1. Toast the bread.

  2. Slice the apple thinly.

  3. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with optional granola.


Tips-n-Tricks

  • This can be eaten like a sandwich or with a fork. I like a fork as it feels more like a meal. 

  • It is also very good to butter the bread first, but because we aim for healthier options, we leave that out of the main recipe.
