Berry Cottage Cheese Smoothie

Ingredients
½ cup cottage cheese
1 cup mixed berries such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries
½ frozen banana
1 cup almond milk or preferred milk
2 tsp honey or maple syrup
1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
Directions
In a blender, add the cottage cheese and blend until smooth.
Add the berries, banana, almond milk, and honey/syrup; blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass and garnish with chia seeds if desired.
